  14. As others i'm experiencing problems with my NewCom 28.800ifx modem since
  15. it hangs up on me after a few minutes... The problem is that I bought it
  16. in the netherlands and that I'm currently in south africa for 1/2 year 
  17. so I can't return the thing and I'd like to fix it now rather than 
  18. having to wait for 1/2 year..

  21. I heard people talking about a init-string...could someone give that to
  22. me.. I'm also interested in NewCom's E-Mail adress... so if anyone knows
  23. about that....
